This space is for the unspoken stories—the ones women carry in silence to protect the people who broke them.
It’s for the ones who smiled through betrayal, swallowed their truth to keep the peace, and were told to “just move on” before their wounds had even closed.
I write because I’ve lived through a marriage built on chaos, addiction, and betrayal. I write because I survived years of gaslighting, emotional abuse, and manipulation—from the person I married, and from people who pretended to be allies. I write because I stayed quiet for too long.
But I’m not silent anymore.
This blog is where I reclaim my voice—not to rewrite the past, but to finally tell it truthfully.
For my daughters.
For myself.
For any woman reading this who’s still wondering if it was really “that bad.” (It was.)
Here, I’ll share pieces of my story—raw, unfiltered, and honest. Not to dwell in pain, but to pull power from it. To shed light on what betrayal really looks like when it’s polished. And to help others recognize that they are not alone, not crazy, and not responsible for the damage others caused.
If you’ve ever been made to feel like your truth was too heavy, too complicated, too “messy” to be shared—this space is for you.
You are not too much.
Your story deserves the light.
And so do you.
